Get a C.L.U.E.

The C.L.U.E. ®Personal Property report provides a seven year history of losses associated with an individual and his/her personal property. The following data will be identified for each loss: date of loss, loss type, and amount paid along with general information such as policy number, claim number and insurance company name.  click on the link in my blog roll for more information.

If you are a seller, get this as a selling point to give your buyers a peace of mind about your home.

If you are buyer write this in the offer that you want this. It gives you good information about the home. Insurance companies are now keeping tract of each homes claim record. Not just on the current home owners.
